How Much Should I Order?

This is a quick catering guide for estimating how much food is needed at each event.

This guide gives an estimate of how many bite sized items a person might eat. This estimate is based on our clients' experiences in previous events with a mixture of male and female guests. For more males, please consider adding extra food.

Per Person Estimate:

  • Breakfast – 5-7 pieces
  • Morning Tea – 3-5 pieces
  • Lunch - 8-10 pieces
  • Afternoon Tea – 3-5 pieces
  • Dinner 8-10 pieces
