Fuel The Frontline

 

In light of the COVID-19 situation, there was an opportunity for us to stand united, to support and meet the needs of our community in any way we can. Sevenoaks Catering is dedicated to supporting those on the frontlines, particularly staff in the Covid Clinic, Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Therefore, we have started the "Fuel The Frontline" initiative to support the healthcare workers with healthy meals and Sevenoaks Catering has taken the lead by donating 200 meals.

With the help of our coroprate clients and public, our Fuel the Frontline initiative last for 4 weeks. It has finally come to an end and the journey has been nothing short of amazing. We were so glad to able able to spoil the frontliners at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Royal Perth Hospital. The smiles that were on their faces after a long day were priceless. 

The reason why we started this initiative was because our hearts do go out to all the healthcare workers and their families. Cindy's brother being a paramedic, and sister-in-law a nurse, we hear that they rarely have time for a break, let alone a proper meal! Therefore, we would like to support them by providing fresh, hot meals. It is so heart warming to see companies and individuals coming together and spreading love within our community.

We would like to especially thank our corporate partners T4 Australia and Lion Dairy and Co. If you refer to our photos you can see they definitely went above and beyond to put a smile on each frontliner's face. More than 800 drinks were donated by them - so thank you!
